Shopping at panama.eu is very easy. Just follow these steps:

1.       Choose the section (woman, man, boys, girls)

2.       View the products you are interested in and click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail, available sizes, composition, reference code and price.

3.       Select an item of clothing and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.

4.       If you would like to process your order you can do so by either registering or checking-out as a guest.

5.       save your package del address and you will receive your goods

6.       Select a payment method: Visa, Mastercard.

7.       Confirm the order.

8.       You will receive an email confirming your order.

In which countries is it possible to shop online?

You can currently shop in France and Bulgaria.

How many languages is it possible to browse in?

The panami.eu browsing languages are: English, French and Bulgarian.

What is your price adjustment policy?

Price adjustments will not be done for items with a reduced price.

Are out-of-stock items restocked?
Yes, each item is carefully checked by our quality team.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes, except in the case of products which are hand crafted in which there may be slight differences in the final product.

Can I cancel my panami Newsletter subscription?

You can easily cancel your subscription by clicking on the Newsletter menu. Fill in the details and select send.

How do I recover my forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Log in section. You will receive an email with your new password.

How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?

We will confirm receipt of your order by sending an e-mail. If you do not receive confirmation,

Can I remove items from my order?

Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

Every item is checked with the utmost care by our teams if, exceptionally,
you receive a garment having a default thank you to contact our customer service on sav@panami.eu

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order,
please contact our customer service sav@panami.eu   or 00359 88 949 9002 (from 09 am to 19 pm)

Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent in Europe an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box).

Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?

No. The delivery country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. Standard deliveries,  5-7 working days

How much do I pay for delivery service?

Standard shipments fee is € 5 (FREE FOR STANDING FROM 50 EUR)

Can I track my order?

What is the home delivery process?

We will send an email confirmation of shipment (corresponding to the time your order leaves our warehouse)

4)       RETURN POLICY

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

Returns at panami.eu are always free of charge.

How long do I have to return an item?

The deadline for any return is 2 weeks from the date of the e- mail confirming the shipment.
This is in addition to the right you have to return an item within fourteen days after receipt of order.

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.

Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.

What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

Contact our customer service, and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Panami.eu reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
